Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using our service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. You also agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
Cancellation and Refunds
The subscription is sold as a distance sale and constitutes a continuing transaction under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Cancellation is governed by that law and by the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010. Nothing in this section derogates from any right granted to you by law.
When you may cancel
• You may cancel within 14 days of the date of the transaction or of the date you received the transaction details document, whichever is later.
• Because this is a continuing transaction, you may also cancel the subscription at any time after that period. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of your notice, or within 6 business days if it was sent by registered mail.
• A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may cancel within 4 months of the transaction, of receiving the service, or of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later, provided the transaction involved a conversation between us.

Please state your full name and your ID or company number, and, if known to you, the transaction number and the payment method.
Cancellation fees and refunds
• Where cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, we may charge a cancellation fee of no more than 5% of the transaction price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.
• Where cancellation follows a defect, a discrepancy between the service and the details given to you, or a failure to supply the service on time, no cancellation fee is charged and a full refund is given.
• For a continuing transaction, billing stops when the cancellation takes effect and you are charged only for the service actually supplied up to that point.
• A refund is issued within 14 days of our receiving your cancellation notice, to the payment method used for the transaction.
Your data after cancellation
Access to the service ends when the cancellation takes effect. Account data is kept for a further 30 days, during which you may request an export, and is then deleted, except where we are required by law to retain it.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fullness and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our explicit permission.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fullness, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
