ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility Statement
How we make this website usable for everyone, and how to reach us if something doesn't work for you.

Our commitment
Fullness Smart Business Management System Ltd. wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website independently. We treat accessibility as part of how we build and change the site, and we keep improving it.
The standard we follow
We work to make the site meet Israeli Standard 5568 (the web content accessibility guidelines, based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. The site does not yet meet the standard in full; the gaps we know of are listed below.
What we have done
• Every page states its language and reading direction: Hebrew and Arabic right to left, English left to right.
• Pages have a descriptive title, one main heading and nested section headings, and use standard regions (header, navigation, main content, footer).
• A "Skip to main content" link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches, ahead of the cookie message.
• All links, buttons, menus and form fields can be used with a keyboard, and the focused element is clearly marked. Menus tell screen readers whether they are open and close with the Escape key.
• Images have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Every form field has a visible label and required fields are marked. The messages of the demo request, calculator report, quote and "Talk to our team" forms are announced to screen readers.
• The "Contact us" / "Request a demo" window takes keyboard focus when it opens, keeps it inside until it is closed, and then returns it to where you were.
• Frequently asked questions open and close from the keyboard.
• The cookie message and its settings window can be used entirely from the keyboard and with a screen reader.
• When your device is set to reduce motion, the site's animations stop, and nothing on the site plays sound by itself.
• You can zoom the page on a phone, and most pages reflow at 200% zoom without sideways scrolling.

Known limitations
We know of the following gaps and are working to fix them:
• Some blue link text and the text on some blue buttons, some grey text on tinted backgrounds, the grey and coloured labels on the blog's article list, and some text on the home page's coloured backgrounds have lower contrast than the standard requires.
• On phones up to about 414 pixels wide, the menu button at the top of the feature, tools, blog and pricing pages can be cut off at the edge of the screen; these sections can also be reached from the links at the bottom of each page. The CRM feature page is wider than a phone screen.
• With your device's default motion settings, the row of integration logos on the home page keeps scrolling and pauses only while you point at it or move keyboard focus into it, and some decorative shapes on the feature pages keep moving. They all stop when your device is set to reduce motion.
• On the home page, the contact form's messages are not announced, some of them appear in English, and the confirmation disappears after a few seconds.
• Calculator results appear without being announced to screen readers.
• Default field names on campaign forms that businesses publish through Fullness appear in English on Hebrew and Arabic pages.
• A few pages skip a heading level.
• At high zoom, the cookie message covers about half of the screen until you make a choice.

What this statement covers
This statement covers the public Fullness website: the home page, the feature, tools and blog pages, pricing and sign-up, and the legal pages. The Fullness application you use after signing in, and pages that our customers publish themselves or send you through Fullness (such as online stores, digital business cards, forms, and links to sign a document or fill in a request), are not covered by it. If you have difficulty with any of them, contact us and we will help.
Reporting a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information from it in another way, please tell us — by email to [email protected] or by phone at 074-7722019. We can also give you the same information or service by phone or email.
It helps if you tell us which page and what went wrong, and, if you can, which browser and assistive technology you use. We will reply as soon as we can and work to fix the problem promptly.

How we checked
The site was reviewed in September 2026 with automated accessibility checks and with manual checks of keyboard use, zoom, reading direction and the "reduce motion" setting, in Chrome on a computer and on a phone, in Hebrew, English and Arabic. A review with screen readers in Hebrew and Arabic is still to be done.
